Authentic moments, artfully captured: a partnership in trust and storytelling
My philosophy
On your wedding day, I move between calm observation and gentle guidance. I’m there when you need direction and quietly in the background when you don’t. My goal is to create a space where you feel relaxed, connected, and fully yourself.
My approach blends documentary and editorial styles, capturing honest, in-the-moment memories while also paying close attention to light, composition, and all the little details that make your day uniquely yours.
Every gallery is personal. It's a reflection of your people, your connection, and the energy of the day, documented in a way that feels both natural and artful.
Sweet Words
“Caitlin captured our wedding beautifully, from our florals and table design, to the raw, candid moments of my husband and I and our guests. We are obsessed with our photos and can't stop revisiting our gallery to relive the memories!”

The investment
-
Every couple I work with receives hands on support throughout the planning process, a mix of timeless digital and nostalgic film images, and a thoughtfully curated online gallery to relive it all.
Wedding collections are built to fit your celebration. Whether it’s an all day event with 150 guests or something more intimate, most couples invest between $6–9K for full day coverage.
Elopements and smaller gatherings start at $1,800, with custom options available to fit your timeline.
If you’re drawn to my work and want to explore what’s possible together, I’d love to hear from you. Reach out through my contact form and I’ll send over all the details.

For engagements, anniversaries, proposals, maternity, or just because. These sessions are laid back, intentional, and centered around you.
Sessions start at $1,000 and include 80+ edited images, a mix of digital and film, personalized location guidance, and about 60–90 minutes of shooting time. Let’s create something honest and beautiful in a place that feels like you.

Up to 2 weeks for an engagement session, and up to 6 weeks for a wedding or elopement. My goal is to always get them to you as soon as possible, without compromising the quality of my work.

Typically it ends up being around 50-100 photos per hour. However, I don’t like to give a cutoff number because I don’t believe in withholding any photos from you. These are your memories! I promise to capture them fully, and give you more than enough photos to remember this time in your lives.

Yes, a second photographer can be added to any wedding package. For smaller or more intimate weddings, I'm completely comfortable working solo and can capture everything beautifully. That said, for larger celebrations (typically 100+ guests), or when you need coverage in two locations at once (like both of you getting ready separately) I recommend adding a second photographer to ensure every angle is covered. I'm happy to chat through your timeline and help decide what makes the most sense for your day.

I believe in promoting self love and body positivity, so I don’t alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would normally not be there (bruise, scrape, acne etc.) If you’re especially self conscious about something, please let me know as I’ll be sure to be extra aware of that while I’m posing you.

Basically my whole life (I’ve always had a camera and loved taking photos), but I started my business and went full time in 2018.

Heaven forbids that happens, as it would only happen if it were out of my control (act of god, illness, death, etc.) but in that case we would have two options.
1) I would find an associate photographer who I trust to take my place at the wedding, and I would still edit the photos. If that isn’t possible for some reason then...
2) I would refund your money and do my best to help you find a replacement photographer with a similar style.

I shoot with two Sony cameras, each equipped with dual SD card slots for added security. This ensures that every photo is recorded twice. As soon as I get home from your wedding or session, I immediately back up all the photos to my computer. I also keep the photos on the SD cards until your final gallery is delivered, giving you peace of mind that your memories are always protected.
